Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs

• If the item arrives defective or we made an error, we cover the return shipping cost.
• If you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds and exchanges Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you by email. You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another product. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
